Report emails

Merchant Portal → Notifications. Reports are the periodic summary of what the automation did. They are separate from agent alerts, which are about something being wrong right now.

Report emails card

Enable the reports.
Frequency — daily, weekly, or monthly.
Send hour and timezone — when it goes out.
Include review details — add the manual-review breakdown.

A chip input, up to ten addresses, prefilled from your organisation's users. Send test delivers the current period so far to the saved recipients; it is rate-limited and does not affect the real schedule.

Note: Report recipients and alert recipients are two separate lists on purpose — whoever fixes a stuck agent is rarely whoever reads the summary.

The email

Subject: PharmAutomate report — <your org> — <period>, with the report attached as a PDF.

Past reports

The Past reports card lists previously generated PDFs for download. They are kept for a year.

Note: The sends-per-day slider on this page stores your preference, but the scheduler currently sends once per period — one daily report per day, one weekly per week. Set frequency rather than relying on the slider.
